ENQUIRIES AND ASSESSMENTS

When you submit a named enquiry, we process the contact and technical information you provide to respond, assess technical fit and take requested pre-contractual steps. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

The anonymous form does not require your identity. Technical information can still be commercially sensitive, so provide only information you are authorised to share. If you add contact details, we use them to return the assessment.

Website submissions are processed through Vercel, our hosting provider, and Resend, our email-delivery provider. Authorised OXIAN personnel and service providers receive only the information needed for their role. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for unrelated promotional email.

Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is required for an active project, contract, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Necessary preference storage

We use local browser storage named oxian_cookie_consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. This is necessary to respect your choice and contains the choice, notice version and date.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager loads with analytics and advertising storage denied so the website can apply and communicate your consent choice to Google tags. It does not grant analytics consent or permit optional analytics cookies by itself.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select Accept. It may set _ga and _ga_HE6HG1D2K7 cookies to distinguish visits and measure site usage. We configure analytics without Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Successful forms send only the form type, landing-page path and referring host—never the submitted name, email, company or technical description.

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent. Rejecting analytics does not affect the forms or other website functions. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. On withdrawal, we deny further analytics storage, remove the known analytics cookies and reload the page.

Google may process analytics information outside the European Economic Area subject to its applicable data-protection safeguards. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
